But what I teach you is More Than Mindset, I give you practical actionable steps to follow too, and then once you believe in yourself by learning how to BE YOU, I stand back and watch you fly.
But this is not based on a fairytale, I have science and my own life's experience to back me up. As an NLP master practitioner, confidence coach and mentor my mission is to give you the tools to help you to overcome anxiety, low self esteem and self worth. To allow you to let go of feelings of imposter syndrome, overwhelm and worry, and replace them with resilience, growth mindset and the power of self belief.

After your free discovery call to ensure we are the right fit, and I can help you get clarity & move forward , you will receive a pack with questions for you to complete before our 90 minute Clarity Session, so you have time to think about where the areas are you would like to change and I have some back ground to see where we are starting from, this means we do not use up time in your session all on this. The questions will help you to look at what may be causing you problems in your life, I will then create an individual programme designed especially for you, working together to establish the root cause of what may be holding you back. You will then be given a series of techniques to help you let go of feelings and habits that are no longer serving you well, and we will work together to instil new techniques to help you tap into your potential.

This support begins with the 90 minute clarity session as described above, but then to help you stay focused you will get two 30 minute sessions to check in after month 1 and month 2.
I usually start each session by looking back at the time between each meeting and reflecting on what has been a success. We will also discuss what maybe hasn’t gone as well as you hoped and learn from these experiences.
You will be given exercises in our sessions that you can practice in your everyday life and over the weeks these build up to be tools you can use to help change the way you look at situations and re-evaluate your reactions.
You will then have a 60 minute session at the end of the three months to round up what you have learned and to have a plan of action to go forward with.
The 90 minute & 60 minute sessions at the start of the support can be online or done in person, the 30 minute check in sessions are done online.

This support is my most popular as gives not just support but also accountability until your new habits are embedded into your daily or weekly routines.
The support begins with the 90 minute clarity session as described above, then to help you stay focused you will get two 30 minute sessions to check in after month 1 and month 2, at month 3 you get a 60 minute review & reflect session, to ensure you are making progress, you get two further 30 minute sessions at month 4 and 5 and the last session at 6 months is another 60 minutes. What you also get on top of this is a weekly message to prompt you & check in.

My workshops are a group programme, where you will come together with like minded people who are looking for ways to improve their lives.
They focus on all areas of our lives, from business / work life blend, to relationships [family, friends, partners] , health [both physical & mental wellness], with you at the centre.
In the workshops we look at small changes you can make to your routines and habits that you can introduce, to help you live a more positive & happy successful life.
We explore feelings such as anxiety, overwhelm, worry & fear of the unknown, imposter syndrome and confidence & low self esteem. As a group we look at where these feelings come from and how to stop them from holding you back.
But the sessions are more than mindset, we also look at practical actionable tools & techniques and ways to harness your strengths & leverage your weaknesses.
We all feel these feelings at some time or another. It is when these feelings stop us from living our lives the way we would like to, that they can become a problem.
Using Positive Focus and Gratitude to help reframe your mindset you can learn to take back control. This may sound simple but it is very effective. The difficult part is putting this new mindset into practice, but with your group you do this together in a safe space to support each other with these changes.
The sessions will have a different focus across the year, the idea is you then build up your own ‘tool box’ so going forward when you face new challenges you can do this yourself.
Part of that is looking back at where ideas may have come from and ways to change these limiting beliefs, but mostly it is about understanding how and why we make the choices we do and then putting into place structures to make healthier choices going forward.
